Beautification
The islands in Condo 2 are being decorated by Connie Di Giulio, Nancy Brookshire, Donna Barnett, Alma O'Brien, and kept clean by Lucas from CSA's landscaping crew. A big thank you to them! Cleaning behind units 312 – 346 on Oak Cove is an ongoing project with the Firewise Committee and Mike the Landscape Manager.
Bylaws
We are still budgeted in our 2026 funds for the Restating of the Declaration.
Communications
We currently have 85% of our units signed up for email! Thanks to everyone who signed up as this helps keep volunteer hours and postage costs down. We continue to send out regular Condo 2 news and updates, as well as posting info and events on our Condo 2 Facebook page, www.facebook.com/groups/tgocondo2.
Social
We have given out 5 Welcome Bags to new Condo 2 owners in Q1. Thank you Julie Gifford for the lovely decorated bags. The monthly Ladies Luncheons were a big success in the 2025-2026 season with at least 25 participates at each luncheon. Ladies Luncheons will be held at the Blue Heron in the Birds Nest on every third Thursday at 11:30am starting again on November 19.​

Treasurer's Report Q1
Our bank balance on Jan 1, 2026 was $8,200. Our ending balance on March 31, 2026 was $5,536. We collected $4,080 in Condo 2 Dues, with $75 remaining to collect for 2026.
We spent $6,619 in expenses in Q1. This includes $5,283 in legal fees due to the Condo 2 lawsuit, which were not originally budgeted for 2026. However, even though we have incurred these unexpected legal expenses, we still have surplus funds in our bank account as of the end of Q1. Condo 2 is financially stable and all bills are paid.

Lawsuit
Condo 2 was one of the parties named in a personal injury lawsuit by a resident of Condo 2. As of May 2026, we are pleased to announce that Condo 2 has been dismissed as a named party in the lawsuit. All records regarding the case are available to the public at the Brevard County Court Records website. To request the case number and instructions on how to find these public records, please send an email request to info@tgocondo2.org.
